CRM

A CRM where no lead gets lost

Connecting ready-made systems, integrations, automation — and custom builds only where they're honestly needed.

When this is about you

Leads arrive and quietly disappear — nobody knows how many or where.

Managers work in spreadsheets, notes and five messengers at once.

You can't see the pipeline: who's stuck, what's next, why deals die.

Data is entered by hand, twice, with errors.

What we do

1 week

Process audit

A map of how leads actually move — and where they leak. The entry point.

2–4 weeks

CRM setup

A ready-made system configured to your process, not the other way round.

1–3 weeks

Integrations

Site, ads, telephony, messengers, payments — every source lands in the CRM.

2–4 weeks

Automation

Triggers, tasks, reports — the routine your managers stop doing by hand.

from 8 weeks

Custom CRM

Only when ready-made systems genuinely can't cover the process.

monthly

Ongoing support

Changes, new integrations, user support.

How an implementation runs

Map "as is"

How leads and deals actually move today.

Find the leaks

Where enquiries get lost, doubled or forgotten.

Map "to be"

The process you actually want — before any software.

Choose the system

With written reasoning, from the honest matrix below.

Configure

Pipelines, fields, roles, permissions.

Integrate all sources

Site forms, ad platforms, telephony, mail, messengers.

Migrate data

With duplicate cleanup — not a dump of old chaos into a new box.

Train the team

Implementation without training doesn't work. Training is a condition, not an option.

Control at 2 and 6 weeks

We come back and check people actually use it — and fix what they don't.

Which system — the honest matrix

We don't sell our favourite. We match the system to your process, team size and budget:

HubSpot Marketing + sales in one place, strong automation, scales well Gets expensive as you grow; overkill for tiny teams
Pipedrive Sales-focused teams that need a clean pipeline fast Weak marketing side; limited beyond sales
Zoho / Bitrix24 Broad suites on a budget, many tools in one Interface complexity; teams often use 10% of it
Salesforce Enterprise processes, deep customisation Cost and implementation weight for SMBs
n8n / Make / Zapier Gluing systems together without custom code Not a CRM — a connector layer around one
Custom build A process no vendor covers — rare and real Everywhere a ready system covers 80% of the task

Our principle: we don't sell custom development where a ready-made system closes 80% of the task.

Honest expectations

  1. Implementation without team training doesn't work — we ask for your agreement to training up front.
  2. Process first, software second. We don't automate chaos; we fix the process, then automate it.
  3. We come back at 2 and 6 weeks to check the system is actually used — adoption is the real result.
  4. GDPR by design: explicit consent in forms, defined retention periods, technical deletion on request. We are not your lawyers, but we build so your lawyers are happy.

First case studies are being prepared

We publish cases only with client consent and verified numbers. Until then — our method and checklists above are the most honest thing we can show.

Frequently asked

Which CRM should we choose?
The one your team will actually use. That depends on your process, team size and budget — see the matrix above. We give a recommendation with written reasoning; the famous name is not always the right answer.
How long does an implementation take?
A ready-made system: 2–4 weeks plus integrations. A custom build: from 8 weeks. The audit that precedes it: one week.
What happens to our current database?
We migrate it with cleanup: duplicates merged, dead contacts archived, fields mapped. A new CRM with old chaos inside is not an upgrade.
How does the CRM connect to our site and ads?
Through direct integrations: site forms, ad platform lead forms, telephony and messengers all create or update deals automatically, with the source recorded.
What about GDPR and personal data?
Consent is collected explicitly in forms, retention periods are defined, deletion on request is technical, not manual. We configure this as part of the setup — and document it.
What if the team doesn't use it?
That's why training is mandatory and why we return at 2 and 6 weeks. If something is inconvenient, we change the setup — the system must fit the people, not vice versa.

Start with a process audit — one week

You get a map of your funnel with the leaks marked — useful even if we never work together again.

Scope runs from a single task to running the discipline end to end — no fixed packages, the range comes after the brief.
